We’re looking for an Estate Admin to join the team and provide high-quality clerical, administrative, and reception support across a vibrant and dynamic mixed-use estate.

THE ROLE...

This is a varied role for someone who likes to be organized, takes ownership, and gets things done. You’ll be an ambassador for the business and Elephant Park, providing a professional and welcoming experience whether you’re dealing face-to-face, by telephone, or in writing with residents, commercial occupiers, leaseholders, residential occupiers, visitors, and contractors.

But this role is about much more than traditional administration. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, and confident coordinating people and projects from start to finish.

You’ll take ownership of a variety of projects, from smaller pieces of work through to fit-outs and refurbishments. You’ll coordinate different stakeholders, keep things moving, follow up on actions, and make sure projects are delivered properly and on time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

  • Providing day-to-day administrative, clerical, and reception support to the Estate Management Team.
  • Acting as a professional and approachable ambassador for Elephant Park.
  • Coordinating projects, contractors, stakeholders, and key actions through to completion.
  • Supporting fit-outs, refurbishments, and other estate management projects.
  • Working closely with the helpdesk to ensure issues and requests are effectively managed and followed through.
  • Helping to improve administrative processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Supporting the standardisation and management of filing structures and documentation.
  • Assisting with quarterly meetings, presentations, minutes, and actions.
  • Supporting client reporting and ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Maintaining records, trackers, and documentation.
  • Liaising with residents, commercial occupiers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership of tasks and making sure nothing gets lost in the gaps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
