Key Responsibilities
Engage in a day in the life of a Senior Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Ipswich:
- Leading daily meetings with the estate agency team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Encouraging team development and progression
- Focusing on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings according to their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and adhering to the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Essential Requirements
To excel in this Senior Branch Manager role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or equivalent
- Ability to work well with others and build team spirit in a positive, enjoyable working environment
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Ability to create and implement business plans for your branch
- Can monitor and assess performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current Estate Agency legislation
- Ability to handle time-sensitive, high-volume workloads
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to self-initiate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong telephone manner
- Good IT skills (Basic Microsoft Office packages)
- Attention to detail
