A Day in the Life
- Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
- Coaching the team to meet KPIs
- Monitoring and assessing individual performance (including one-to-one meetings)
- Driving team development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (for manual vehicles)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in roles such as:
- Senior Negotiator
- Property Valuer
- Or equivalent senior positions within Estate Agency
- Works well with others, fostering a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
- Demonstrates effective communication and the ability to form trusting relationships with:
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Communities
- Colleagues
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
- Ability to monitor and assess competitors’ performance
- Strong understanding of current Estate Agency legislation
- Can manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Proven record of outstanding customer service
- Works under own initiative
- Strong telephone manner
- Good IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Detail-oriented
