We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Estate Agent to join our team and play an active role across our sales and lettings operations.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position working Tuesday to Saturday.
Working hours:
Tuesday–Friday: 9:30am–6:00pm (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Saturday: 9:30am–2:30pm

The role will involve managing the day-to-day sales and lettings process and providing a high standard of service to our clients and applicants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting residential property viewings
- Responding to property enquiries and applicant queries
- Following up with prospective purchasers and tenants
- Registering and managing applicants
- Negotiating offers within agreed parameters
- Progressing sales and lettings from offer through to completion / move-in
- Liaising with stakeholders, landlords, purchasers and tenants
- Preparing and maintaining accurate property listings and marketing information
- Coordinating appointments, viewings and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records and updating our CRM systems
- Assisting with property management matters where required
- Ensuring relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are followed
- Working closely with the wider team and management
- Providing a consistently professional standard of customer service
- Working towards agreed individual and team targets

Qualifications
- Experience in estate agency and residential real estate is ideal, with a solid understanding of the Greater London property market.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with vendors, landlords, purchasers, and tenants.
- Knowledge of property management processes, including tenancy agreements, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, closing deals, and working to targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Comfort with using property management and CRM software; proficiency in standard office applications (we will provide training on how to use our software)
- Relevant real estate qualifications or certifications are an advantage; prior experience in the UK property sector is highly beneficial.
Bonus, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous commercial property experience
- Relevant estate agency or property qualifications
