Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Estate Agent role based in Bloxwich. The Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential properties, including conducting market appraisals, arranging and attending viewings, and negotiating offers to secure successful sales. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate property listings, advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Estate Agency and Residential Real Estate experience, with a solid understanding of local property markets.
  • Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing transactions.
  • Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a client-focused approach and the ability to manage diverse client needs.
  • Foundational knowledge of Property Management practices and related legal and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in face-to-face, phone, and written interactions.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using property software, CRM systems, and standard office applications; willingness to learn new tools.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for client visits and property viewings.
  • Previous experience in estate agency, sales, or a related field is highly beneficial; relevant professional qualifications or certifications in property or real estate are an advantage.
