Branch Administrator

Location: Clacton On Sea
Salary: £17,500 – £22,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Branch Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support across the sales process
  • Maintaining and managing client records
  • Upholding compliance standards and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
  • Supporting the branch team with marketing, including managing social media content
  • Helping create a positive first impression for clients visiting or contacting the branch

What You’ll Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of success in an administrative role
  • Experience or understanding of estate agency, residential lettings, or the home buying process is desirable
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn and grow within the property industry
  • A passion for our brand, values, and processes
  • Strong communication skills – confident via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset
