About The Role

This is a relocation opportunity for ambitious candidates currently based in Portsmouth: move to Dubai and build a career in a market with no income tax, year-round demand, and some of the strongest commission structures in global real estate. Training, mentorship and marketing support are all provided.

The role:

  • Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
  • Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan properties
  • Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions
  • Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process
  • Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
  • Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory
  • Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Currently based in Portsmouth (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
  • Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate
  • Highly motivated, disciplined and target oriented
  • Financial stability is essential (commission based role, 6 months of savings recommended)
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Driving licence preferred, as you will need one in Dubai
