Job Title: Experienced Estate Agent

Location: Forest Hill

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm
  • Friday 8:30am to 5pm
  • Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu)

Driving Licence:

Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a flair for sales to thrive in a fast paced and rewarding environment.

As a Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent, you'll be the key point of contact for buyers and vendors, responsible for generating new business, arranging and conducting viewing and progressing sales through to completion.

Duties will include:

  • Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and applicants
  • Generating and converting sales opportunities
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties
  • Providing vendors with regular updates, feedback and market advice
  • Assisting with the progression of sales transactions through to exchange and completion
  • Identifying opportunities to generate valuations and new business
  • Assisting with property listings, including ensuring marketing details are accurate and appealing
  • Working closely with mortgage advisers and other internal departments to maximise business opportunities
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM/database
  • Always delivering excellent customer service
  • Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets

Skills required:

  • Previous experience within residential estate agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Professional, confident and well-presented
  • Target-driven and highly motivated
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business generation
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market is advantageous but not essential
