Estate Agent

We’re working with an established independent estate agency in Bristol who are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent

This is a varied role combining valuations, sales negotiation, and client management, and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, winning business, and providing a high level of service throughout the sales process.

You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team, with the opportunity to work with quality residential property and take genuine responsibility for developing business within the local market.

  • Carrying out market appraisals and advising prospective sellers
  • Converting valuation opportunities into new instructions
  • Building strong relationships with sellers and prospective clients
  • Registering and working closely with buyers
  • Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Identifying opportunities to generate additional business
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
  • Working closely with the wider team to deliver an excellent customer experience

About You

We’re looking for an experienced estate agent who is confident in front of clients and understands how to build trust and win business without compromising on service.

You’ll ideally be:

  • Experienced within residential estate agency sales
  • Comfortable carrying out valuations and market appraisals
  • Confident winning instructions and converting opportunities
  • Personable, professional, and an excellent communicator
  • A strong negotiator
  • Commercially aware and motivated to succeed
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Naturally good at building relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Proactive and comfortable working with autonomy
  • Knowledgeable about the Bristol property market
  • A full UK driving licence holder
