Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Estate Agent role based in Sevenoaks. The Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities including managing valuations under supervision where appropriate, arranging and attending viewings, and guiding clients through sales processes. The role involves preparing marketing materials, updating agency systems, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property details. The Estate Agent will liaise with buyers, sellers, to negotiate offers, progress transactions, and help ensure timely completion. The position requires close coordination with colleagues to uphold professional standards, and deliver a high level of customer service within the local property market.

- Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling documents, appointments, and transaction milestones.
- Comfort with basic IT systems and property software, along with the ability to learn new tools for listing and marketing properties.
- Knowledge or interest in the local Sevenoaks property market and a willingness to develop expertise in residential and commercial real estate.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate within a team, and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Professional, ethical approach to work, with a commitment to fairness, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
- Previous experience in estate agency, property sales, lettings, or related customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Relevant vocational training or qualifications in property, surveying, or real estate practice are an advantage.
