Role Description
The Estate Agent Photographer is an on-site role based in your area. This role involves visiting residential properties to capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs that highlight key features and appeal to potential buyers and renters. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with estate agents and property managers to attend shoots, preparing properties for photography, and ensuring consistent visual standards across all assignments. Maintaining professional client communication, managing equipment, and following company guidelines on branding and quality are essential to the role.

Qualifications

- Experience working with estate agents and understanding of residential real estate marketing.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally on-site.
- Proficiency with digital photography equipment.
- Attention to detail, strong visual composition skills, and the ability to follow brand and style guidelines.
- Ability to work independently, manage a schedule of property visits, and meet deadlines reliably.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport for travel to properties.
- Previous experience in real estate photography or related commercial photography is highly desirable.
