Duties

  • Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance throughout their real estate journey
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase listings effectively
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up activities
  • Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including contracts, offers, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, appraisers, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using organizational tools
  • Stay informed about local market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes to provide current and relevant advice

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently
  • Ability to build rapport quickly through active listening and clear articulation of complex information
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while managing detailed documentation
  • Prior experience or familiarity with real estate processes is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners
