Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance throughout their real estate journey
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase listings effectively
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up activities
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including contracts, offers, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, appraisers, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using organizational tools
- Stay informed about local market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes to provide current and relevant advice

Qualifications
- Proven sales and administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently
- Ability to build rapport quickly through active listening and clear articulation of complex information
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while managing detailed documentation
- Prior experience or familiarity with real estate processes is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners

Pay: £26,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
