Based Airdrie Branch – Covering Lanarkshire | Central Lowlands | Stirlingshire £26,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary (Realistic £30,000 - £34,000+ OTE) + Company Car Provided

Our client is one of Scotland’s most established and highly respected independent property businesses, with an excellent reputation for delivering a professional, personalised and customer-focused service across residential sales and lettings.

Due to continued growth in residential sales activity, they are now looking to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Estate Agent - Residential Sales Valuer to join their successful Airdrie branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional who enjoys autonomy, relationship building and working across a broad and varied geographical territory spanning:

  • Lanarkshire
  • Central Lowlands
  • Stirlingshire

The role offers a strong mix of valuations, client relationship management, property marketing and sales progression, whilst representing a highly regarded Scottish property brand within a thriving residential market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating and attending residential valuation appointments
  • Advising clients on pricing strategy and market positioning
  • Winning new property instructions and driving branch sales activity
  • Producing valuation packs and confirming pricing recommendations
  • Following up valuations to convert opportunities into listings
  • Managing and maintaining accurate customer and property records
  • Ensuring properties are marketed effectively to maximise exposure and viewing levels
  • Conducting property viewings where required
  • Supporting the sales process through to successful completion
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local stakeholders across the region

The Successful Candidate Will Likely Have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential estate agency sales and valuations
  • A proven ability to win instructions and build client relationships
  • Strong local market knowledge across Lanarkshire and surrounding areas would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated and professional approach
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an established team
  • A positive, customer-focused mindset with high personal standards
  • Full UK Driving Licence
