GSC Grays is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our successful and growing team in Colburn, just outside Richmond, North Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional looking to develop their career within a respected multi-disciplinary business.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing property sales from instruction through to completion, and helping buyers and sellers achieve their property ambitions.

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for supporting clients throughout their property journey whilst contributing to the continued growth and success of the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors.
- Registering applicants and maintaining accurate client records.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Gathering and communicating valuable viewing feedback.
- Negotiating offers and progressing property sales.
- Supporting market appraisals through local market knowledge and research.
- Assisting with property launches and working closely with our Marketing team.
- Managing sales progression and building strong relationships with conveyancers, surveyors and other professional contacts.

About You
We are looking for an individual who combines excellent people skills with strong commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for the property industry.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within the property sector.
- NAEA qualification, or a willingness to work towards achieving it.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach.
- A collaborative and supportive team attitude.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Knowledge of the local market and a genuine passion for property.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9.00am to 5.30pm
- Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9.00am to 1.00pm (with time off in lieu)
