As our continued success across the North West grows, we're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual to become the face of Fine & Country across Formby, Southport and South Lancashire, representing some of the region's finest homes in the £1 million plus market.
This isn't a traditional estate agency role. It's an opportunity to build your own business with the backing of one of the industry's most respected luxury property brands.

What You'll Do
- Grow the Fine & Country presence across Formby, Southport and South Lancashire, becoming the recognised luxury property expert.
- Win instructions through high quality marketing consultations within the prime and upper quartile market.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey from marketing consultation through to completion.
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, buyers and professional introducers.
- Showcase outstanding homes using Fine & Country's award winning marketing.
Who We're Looking For
You'll be:
- An experienced estate agency professional with a strong track record.
- Self motivated, commercially minded and driven to succeed.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- An outstanding communicator and relationship builder.
- Entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to build your own business.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing your own workload.
- Local to the area and ready to establish yourself quickly with excellent local knowledge and detailed understanding of the Formby, Southport and South Lancashire property markets.
- Prime market experience is an advantage, but ambition, professionalism, personality and attitude are just as important.
