Role Description
The Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hayes, working within the estate agency team to support property sales and lettings.

- Day-to-day responsibilities include managing buyer and tenant enquiries, arranging and conducting property viewings, and providing accurate information about listings.
- The role involves negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, and progressing agreed deals through to completion.
- The Negotiator will prepare and update property details, maintain records on internal systems, and ensure clear, timely communication with all parties.
- This position also requires building long-term relationships with clients, contributing to marketing activities, and representing Shaws of London’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications:
- Experience in estate agency or property roles, including familiarity with local residential and commercial markets
- Strong communication skills, including confident face-to-face, phone, and written interactions
- Proven customer service skills with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads and close deals
- Knowledge of lettings processes and related documentation is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in Uxbridge, manage time effectively, and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Comfortable using property software, CRM systems, and standard office applications
- Prior experience in a similar role and a strong interest in property and the local area are an advantage
- Driving Licence and access to car is a must
