Global Highland are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join their established team in Inverness.
This is a varied and rewarding, client-facing role, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to become involved in all aspects of the residential property sales process.
The Role
As an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers throughout the property process
- Carrying out property marketing appraisals
- Conducting accompanied property viewings, with a pool car provided
- Preparing property brochures and other marketing materials
- Managing property listings and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Negotiating offers and supporting clients throughout the sales process
- Working closely with the conveyancing team to ensure a smooth client journey
- Providing a professional and high level of customer service at every stage

The position is office-based in Inverness, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
About You
We are looking for a confident and professional individual who enjoys working with people and can manage a varied workload effectively.
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A valid UK driving licence
Previous experience in estate agency, property sales, administration or another customer-focused environment would be advantageous. However, candidates with the right attitude, communication skills and transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
