Help create clean, safe and welcoming neighbourhoods

Do you take pride in a job well done? Are you someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors and making a visible difference every day?

We're looking for an Estate Caretaker to join our Neighbourhoods Team. You'll help keep our estates, communal areas and low-rise blocks clean, safe and well maintained through block cleaning, litter picking, inspections, fire safety checks and occasional grounds maintenance. Working independently in your own company van, you'll play an important role in creating neighbourhoods our customers can be proud of. If you enjoy being out and about rather than behind a desk, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining communal areas, blocks and estates to a high standard.
  • Carrying out inspections and reporting repairs, hazards and fire safety concerns.
  • Undertaking caretaking duties, including cleaning and litter picking.
  • Carrying out occasional grounds maintenance activities.
  • Supporting customers and working with colleagues and contractors to maintain safe, welcoming neighbourhoods.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
