Estate Director - Central London - Up to £150k + Package
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Director to lead a best in class FM service offering at one of London’s most iconic business and lifestyle destinations.
Welcoming millions of visitors annually, this world class estate offers a plethora of Grade A commercial office space, high end retail and large areas of public realm where numerous events are hosted throughout the year for both the public and internal occupiers to enjoy.
As the Estate Director, you will lead a dynamic team of FM professionals in a fast-paced environment to deliver a first class service to both occupiers and clients.

Responsibilities
- Leading a team of experienced FM professionals to deliver a best in class FM service provision across this world class estate.
- Line management of the operational team across the estate.
- Oversight of ESG across the estate.
- Oversight of CSR across the estate.
- Oversight for the authorisation of all compliance, promotional works, budgets and high level operational activity.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service standards are set across the estate.
- Oversight of Health & safety management
- Ensuring that technical maintenance and services are maintained to the highest levels through direct reports.

Requirements
- The successful candidate will be a seasoned FM professional with experience of working across high end, mixed use estates.
- MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
- IOSH/ Nebosh certificate
