We're looking for an Estate Executive to join our Portfolio team on a 6 months FTC, covering the North and Central Regions.
This role can be based at either our St Helens, Birmingham, or Gateshead depot, with regular travel required between these locations and to other sites across the North East, Central, and wider regions as needed to meet contract requirements.
About The Role
Our Portfolio Team is mostly responsible for managing our advertising estate (these are billboards, both static posters and digital, as well as bus shelters) and our relationships with our landlords or local authorities.
As an Estate Executive, you will be working with the Estate Managers & Portfolio Partnership Managers, creating a team that is responsible for ensuring contract fulfilment & delivery of BMO's obligations, enlisting support from the appropriate Operations & Construction Managers.

You will play a pivotal role in understanding our diverse range of products, the associated environments, and navigating any planning and highway limitations. Your responsibilities extend to fostering internal collaboration, liaising efficiently with existing contracts, and working seamlessly across various teams, including Marketing and H&S. As well as being able to maintain and build positive working relationships with all team members and ensure consistent contribution to team sessions and delivery of the Delivery and Construction business goals.
Administrative Support:
- Assist Estate Manager with reporting and analysis on Estate Management activity/contract performance
- Raise quotes, orders & invoices and liaison with the Construction team on delivery
- Liaise with the construction team on delivery timetables and address related issues
- Provide support to Delivery and Operations Administrations teams as required
Customer Service:
- Dealing with internal and external correspondence for efficient administration delivery
- To deal with any complaints professionally and escalating where necessary to relevant person
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
- Ensure that the Acorn Salesforce CRM system is maintained, updated and accurate

What We're Looking For..
- Highly organised and accurate administrator
- Good knowledge of IT systems such as Word and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Numerical skills
- Customer facing skills & experiencing is desirable
- Clean driving licence
