ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will champion a five-star resident experience while orchestrating the smooth running of building services, amenities and front-of-house operations. You’ll lead and coach on-site teams, oversee contractors and compliance, manage budgets, and act as the trusted point of contact for residents, leaseholders and the client. Each day blends hospitality standards with robust estate management, ensuring flawless presentation and uncompromising safety.

- Residents consistently rate service as exceptional, with swift, proactive resolution of requests and issues.
- The estate is immaculate at all times, with amenities operated seamlessly and safely.
- Compliance is watertight, audits are passed first time, and risks are identified and mitigated early.
- Budgets, procurement and service charge performance are delivered to target with transparent reporting.
- A motivated, well-trained team works to clear standards and embodies a luxury hospitality mindset.
- The client is fully informed, confident in your stewardship and engaged through timely, high-quality updates.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Leading, scheduling and developing concierge, FM and housekeeping teams to five-star standards.
- Overseeing H&S, statutory compliance, permits-to-work, risk assessments and incident management.
- Managing amenity operations (pool, spa, gym, cinema) for safety, cleanliness and resident enjoyment.
- Coordinating and quality-controlling contractors, planned maintenance and reactive works.
- Monitoring budgets, service charge expenditure, procurement and contract performance.
- Building strong relationships with residents, chairing meetings and communicating clearly and professionally.

Experience That Helps
- Managing high-end residential or mixed-use developments with premium amenities.
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams in service-led environments (hospitality, hotels or estates).
- Hands-on oversight of H&S compliance, risk management and contractor control.
- Budget management, procurement and service charge administration.
- Driving service improvements through data, resident feedback and operational KPIs.
