The Crescent Academy
The Crescent Academy is seeking to appoint an Estate Manager. Our children would like someone who will love and look after our amazing building with care. Our school is growing in numbers and building size, so this is an exciting time to join our team.
Role Overview
The successful applicant will work to support the school within all areas of maintenance, cleanliness, health and safety and security. You will take responsibility for the management of the school site, day-to-day maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and a high-quality environment for learning.

- Oversee planned maintenance activities
- Ensure knowledge of Health and Safety
- Safeguard experience to effectively manage other site staff including external contractors
- Work from own initiative for effective day-to-day management of the Academy site
- Collaborate with the School Business Manager and Head Teacher on potential strategic estate developments
Requirements
This is a permanent post, subject to successful probationary period, and we are looking for a committed, hardworking and trustworthy individual to be part of our friendly team. Most importantly, we want someone to take absolute pride in our site and treat it as though it is their own home!

Completed application forms should be returned to the school no later than 12 Noon on Thursday 15th October 2026 and interviews will take place on Friday 16th October 2026.
