ESTATE OPERATIVE

Rendall & Rittner
27000
City North - N4 3HQ
Monday - Friday 0700 - 1500

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

You’ll be based at a landmark mixed-use neighbourhood beside one of London’s best-connected stations, where contemporary apartments meet vibrant on-site cafes, restaurants and shops. With concierge services, lift access and beautifully landscaped communal areas, the setting is fast-paced, welcoming and community focused. You’ll work at the heart of daily life for residents and visitors, keeping high-traffic spaces immaculate and ensuring the environment feels safe, well cared for and easy to enjoy.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the visible, friendly presence across the development, maintaining pristine communal areas, supporting the concierge team and responding quickly to resident requests. Most days you’ll complete cleaning routines, waste management and minor maintenance, while liaising with contractors and reporting issues so everything runs smoothly.

What Success Looks Like

  • Communal areas are consistently spotless, well-presented and ready for residents from first thing each morning.
  • Waste and recycling are managed efficiently with bins rotated on time and storage areas kept clean and compliant.
  • Maintenance issues are identified early, clearly logged and escalated, with effective follow-up to resolution.
  • Residents, visitors and retailers receive prompt, courteous support and accurate information.
  • Health and safety standards are embedded in everything you do, with checks completed and records up to date.
  • You work seamlessly with the concierge and management teams, sharing information and offering proactive help.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
