ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the visible, proactive face of the estate, keeping communal areas pristine, welcoming residents and supporting the smooth running of daily operations. You will complete cleaning, caretaking and minor maintenance tasks, respond to requests, and work closely with onsite teams and contractors to maintain five-star standards.
What Success Looks Like
- Residents feel welcomed, listened to and confident that issues are resolved promptly.
- Communal areas, facilities and back-of-house spaces are consistently clean, safe and well-presented.
- Tasks are completed on time with clear updates logged and escalations made when needed.
- Health and safety procedures are followed precisely, with hazards identified and addressed early.
- You collaborate seamlessly with the concierge, management and contractors to keep the estate running smoothly.
- You spot opportunities to improve standards and take initiative to make them happen.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Carrying out scheduled cleaning, waste management and caretaking across internal and external communal areas.
- Conducting regular inspections, reporting defects and supporting minor repairs or arranging contractor access.
- Assisting residents courteously, answering queries and signposting to the right support.
- Setting up and resetting shared spaces, plant rooms and back-of-house areas to agreed standards.
- Monitoring health and safety, completing checklists and ensuring safe systems of work are followed.
- Supporting deliveries, keys, storage areas and general logistics to keep operations efficient.

- You are reliable, punctual and comfortable working early shifts over Wednesday to Sunday.
Experience That Helps
- Experience in estates, facilities, housekeeping, hospitality or leisure environments.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, safe waste handling and basic maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices, including risk awareness and hazard reporting.
- Experience supporting residents or customers in busy, service-led settings.
- Confidence using radios, handheld devices or basic systems to log tasks and updates.
