Rendall & Rittner

Lombard Square (1723 Lombard) - SE28 0FX
Mon - Fri 8am to 16:00pm, Sat 8am to 13:30pm
DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
Be part of a vibrant, new-build mixed-use neighbourhood in Plumstead, where around 2,000 homes encircle a beautifully designed 1.8-acre landscaped garden square. You’ll support a growing community of residents who value well-kept spaces, safety and friendly, responsive service. With Plumstead station a short walk away and the Elizabeth line at Woolwich offering fast links across London, this is a dynamic setting with a blend of residential calm and city connectivity.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the welcoming face of the development, keeping communal areas spotless, safe and running smoothly. Most days you’ll carry out scheduled cleaning, basic maintenance checks, waste management and grounds support, while responding to resident requests with calm efficiency. You’ll work closely with the on-site team and contractors to uphold high standards across the estate.
What Success Looks Like
- Communal areas, entrances and corridors are consistently clean, tidy and well presented.
- All Health & Safety checks are completed on time, with hazards identified and escalated promptly.
- Residents feel listened to and supported, with issues acknowledged and actioned quickly.
- Waste and recycling are managed efficiently, with bins clean, stores organised and collections on schedule.
- Contractors are met, guided and monitored so works are completed safely and to specification.
- Shift handovers are clear and accurate, keeping colleagues fully informed.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
