DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be part of a prestigious, high-spec development of 150 luxury apartments set just off Kensington High Street. With a residents’ leisure suite and both indoor and outdoor play areas, the environment is elegant yet family-friendly, blending calm private spaces with lively communal zones. Moments from High Street Kensington Underground, you’ll work at the heart of Central London life, supporting residents who expect exceptional standards, discreet service and a spotless, well-run environment.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the on-site guardian of presentation, cleanliness and safety across all internal and external communal areas. You’ll deliver hands-on cleaning and basic maintenance, support parcel and contractor movements, and be a consistent, helpful presence for residents and colleagues throughout your 12-hour shift pattern.

- Communal areas are immaculate, welcoming and ready at all times, with standards checked and recorded.
- Health and safety routines are followed precisely, with hazards identified early and resolved promptly.
- Residents feel listened to and supported, with issues handled politely and followed through to completion.
- Waste management runs smoothly, with bins rotated, compactors maintained and recycling maximised.
- Contractors are signed in, supervised to site rules and leave areas tidy and safe.
- Handovers are clear and concise, ensuring seamless continuity between shifts.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Cleaning lobbies, lifts, corridors, stairwells and amenity spaces to a high standard.
- Managing refuse and recycling, including moving bins, operating compactors and keeping stores hygienic.
- Carrying out basic maintenance, inspections and reporting defects for prompt repair.
- Monitoring access points, key control and CCTV where required, escalating concerns as needed.
- Supporting parcel handling, deliveries and move-ins or move-outs with care and efficiency.
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors, ensuring compliance with site procedures and permits.

Experience That Helps
- Experience in residential estates, hotels, hospitality or facilities services.
- Hands-on cleaning, porterage or caretaking in premium environments.
- Familiarity with waste management, recycling systems and basic maintenance tasks.
- Confidence working with contractors, permits to work and site inductions.
- Using checklists, mobile apps or logs to record inspections and actions.
