Job Description

1st Line Future Planning is expanding. With 2,800+ 5-star reviews and partnerships with leading IFAs and Solicitors, we offer training, qualified appointments, and ongoing support for a successful career.

What We Offer:

  • £27,000 annual retainer + realistic OTE £50,000–£80,000+
  • Service & performance bonuses, weekly/monthly incentives
  • Minimum 2 qualified appointments daily (usually within 1.5 hours of home)
  • Induction, technical training, ongoing legal & compliance support
  • Monthly/quarterly CPD & career progression

The Role

Field-based, meeting clients at home to provide consultative estate planning solutions. You will help families protect wealth and legacy, with access to IFA/Solicitor partners for regulated advice and support from our Legal Services Department.

Training & Development

No previous estate planning experience required. Includes comprehensive induction, ongoing technical training, CPD, legislative updates, and mentoring.

Who We're Looking For

Professional, ethical, self-motivated candidates with strong face-to-face communication skills. Backgrounds in Estate Planning, Financial Services, Legal Services, or Consultative Sales are advantageous, but full training is provided.

Working Pattern:

  • Self-employed
  • Field-based
  • 5 days/week
