Estate Supervisor

Rendall & Rittner

34000

White City Living - W12 7RQ

Tuesday - Saturday 7 - 3pm

Development Details

You’ll be at the heart of a landmark West London neighbourhood, where up to 1,465 new homes are complemented by 39,000 sq ft of world-class residents’ amenities. From plush lounges and private cinemas to pools and a Health Club featuring virtual golf, this is a premium environment where service expectations are high and every day brings variety. With White City and Wood Lane Underground stations right on the doorstep, you’ll support a busy, vibrant community of residents, guests and partners in a beautifully designed estate that feels more like a five-star destination than a typical development.

Role Expectations

You’ll lead on the smooth running of the estate’s day-to-day operations, ensuring communal areas, plant spaces and amenities are safe, immaculate and ready for residents. You’ll coordinate contractors, support the concierge and management teams, and be the visible, approachable point of contact on-site. Your focus will be on safety, service and efficiency—solving problems before they become issues.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents consistently compliment the cleanliness, safety and presentation of all communal areas and facilities.
  • Health and safety checks are completed on time, accurately recorded and any actions are closed promptly.
  • Contractors are well-briefed, supervised and deliver quality work without disrupting residents.
  • Incidents and defects are identified early, triaged effectively and escalated appropriately.
  • The on-site team is supported with clear communication, collaboration and a calm, solutions-first approach.
  • Estate assets are protected through diligent monitoring, planned maintenance and smart prioritisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
