A vacancy has arisen within the Land & Property team, based at Ballard House in Plymouth (with home working available), for an Estates Surveyor. This post represents an exciting opportunity to join the team responsible for the Council’s corporate and commercial estate comprising of assets with a value of over £500m, including an investment property portfolio with a rent role of in excess of £20 million.
The successful applicant will need to be a team worker, willing to operate both under instruction and using their own initiative, giving professional advice, instructing and acting on a wide range of property matters.

Key Requirements:
- RICS qualified
- Professional experience in the fields of landlord and tenant, estate management, valuations, acquisitions and disposals
