Role Description
The Estate Technician / Plumber role is a part-time, on-site position based in London, supporting the maintenance needs of high-end residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems
- Maintaining heating and domestic water installations
- Carrying out routine inspections to identify potential issues
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Performing planned and reactive repairs
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety and building regulations
The Estate Technician / Plumber will also:
- Liaise with property managers and clients
- Keep accurate maintenance records
- Support general building maintenance activities as needed
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong plumbing skills, including installation, repair, and maintenance of domestic and commercial systems
- Experience with heating systems, pipework, and basic knowledge of building services and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, compliance standards, and safe working practices on-site
- Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to diagnose issues efficiently
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and property managers
- The ability to work independently, manage time well, and adapt to changing priorities across multiple properties

Highly beneficial qualifications and experience:
- Relevant plumbing or building services qualifications (e.g., NVQ or equivalent) and proven experience in estate or property maintenance
- Experience working in high-end or premium properties in London
- A full, valid driving license
