Salary: Up to £17,900 per annum
Hours: 25.00 hours across Monday - Friday, no weekends
Location: Aldershot

Your Role:
- You will be ensuring all work is undertaken safely in line with legislation and company safety values while promoting a ‘Safety First Always’ culture.
- You will be supporting the Estates team by maintaining administrative processes, systems, and accurate records across databases and IT systems.
- You will be acting as a key point of contact for enquiries and visitors, ensuring queries are handled efficiently or signposted appropriately.
- You will be liaising with team members, external stakeholders, and contractors to coordinate workloads, access, and completion of maintenance activities.
- You will be preparing documentation, including reports, letters, meeting agendas, and minutes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- You will be assisting with scheduling, timesheet checks, raising orders, and general office administration including filing and archiving.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: You will have a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) including Grade C in English Language and Maths, alongside an ECDL or equivalent computer qualification.
- Experience: You will have proven experience in office administration, ideally within a technical environment, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Skills: You will demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and customer focus, with the ability to adapt to change, maintain attention to detail, and consistently deliver high-quality work in line with safety standards.
