Salary from £32,890 to £36,052 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £38,422 pa inclusive of London allowance
The London School of Economics is a cosmopolitan university situated in the vibrant centre of London, specialising in the study of the social sciences. The Estates Division at LSE is responsible for all aspects of facilities management, providing world-class buildings and facilities for the University's staff and students, implementing major and minor capital development projects, and managing the acquisition and disposal of the School's land and buildings.

The Estates Administrator (Purchasing) works within the Administration Team in the Estates Division with a wide remit of responsibilities but with particular ownership of the purchasing processes for the team and the office.
Candidates Should Have Experience
- In the use of an electronic Finance system (i.e. OneFinance or equivalent) and completing purchasing including via company credit cards, in line with business policies.
- Of providing administrative/ secretarial support to a large multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience of working as part of a team and contributing to the effective team performance.
