Estates Conveyancer
As an Estates Conveyancer in the property sector, you'll play a key role in managing the legal aspects of property transactions. Your work will ensure the smooth handling of conveyancing processes, supporting the business in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Leading UK residential property and development organisation.
Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential plot sale transactions from instruction to completion.
- Monitoring and reporting on transaction progress and related property sales.
- Preparing and issuing legal documentation and responding to enquiries.
- Coordinating exchanges, completions and post-completion activities.
- Conducting AML and customer due diligence checks.
- Maintaining accurate case records and management information.
- Liaising with solicitors, purchasers and third-party stakeholders.
- Supporting performance targets through proactive transaction management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulations.
- Contributing to process improvements and best practice initiatives.

Profile
A successful Estates Conveyancer should have:
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing or property law.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
- Knowledge of AML, compliance and due diligence requirements.
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience within new-build property transactions would be advantageous.
