At NHS Property Services

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're committed to creating a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a meaningful impact. As part of our mission to Get, Grow and Keep Great People, we're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Estates Coordinator to join our team supporting healthcare properties across Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Facilities Management and gain exposure to a wide range of property and operational activities.

About the Role

As an Estates Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of NHS healthcare properties across Oxfordshire. Acting as a central point of contact for customers, contractors and suppliers, you'll help ensure services are delivered efficiently, issues are resolved promptly, and our healthcare environments remain safe and operational.

This is a varied and highly visible role, offering exposure to multiple aspects of Facilities Management and Property Services. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors and customers, coordinating activities across a diverse healthcare estate while developing valuable skills and experience within the FM sector.

The role offers flexible hybrid working, with a requirement to attend the local hub and travel regularly to sites across Oxfordshire

Who You Are

You are a proactive, organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and solving problems. You may already have experience within Facilities Management, Property, Operations or Customer Services, or you may bring strong transferable skills and a desire to learn.

Most importantly, you're eager to develop, confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and motivated to build a long-term career within Estates and Facilities Management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
