About the Role

Play a key role in helping Hartpury make informed decisions through the effective management, analysis and reporting of estates and operational data
Support the development and continuous improvement of systems that underpin the management of our diverse campus estate
Transform complex information into meaningful insights, reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision making
Work with colleagues across a variety of departments to improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities and maximise the value of information available across the organisation
Help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system performance and drive efficiencies through better use of technology and data
Support the monitoring of estate performance, space utilisation, projects and operational activities, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information
Contribute to the successful management of several key business systems, supporting users and helping to develop more effective ways of working

About You

  • An analytical thinker contributing to identifying trends, solving problems and turning data into actionable insights
  • Confident working with large datasets and presenting information in a clear and accessible way
  • Organised, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Comfortable using a range of digital tools and systems and keen to explore new technologies and innovative solutions
  • Able to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A proactive individual who enjoys improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working
  • Capable of managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadlines
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues across the organisation
