Are you a dedicated and organised administrator who takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support?

We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator to join our growing Estates team as an Environmental Coordinator.

Based in our Worcester office, you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of high-quality environmental caretaking services. You'll be at the heart of a busy operation, providing essential administration and coordination support to our Environmental Caretaking teams and management.

This is a varied role where you'll work closely with colleagues, customers, contractors, and local authorities to make sure services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide coordination and administrative support to the Environmental Caretaking Teams and management.
  • Advise and support customers in resolving queries and issues, managing expectations, and identifying proactive solutions.
  • Schedule, route plan, and allocate work, ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain accurate systems, service records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to enquiries from across the business via phone, email, and in writing.

What We're Looking For

  • Educated to Level 3 in Business Administration, or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records, databases, and compliance documentation.
  • Experience of handling customer enquiries and complaints, including investigation and resolution.
  • An understanding of environmental management standards would be beneficial.
  • Experience of providing administrative and coordination support within a housing, environmental, or facilities management environment is desirable.

Where you'll be based

You'll be based at our modern Worcester office, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment to work alongside colleagues and be part of our wider Estates team. Our office is conveniently located near Shrub Hill station, making it ideal for commuting by train, and we also offer free on-site parking for those who drive.

The role is full-time, with a working pattern of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional travel to other offices and locations may be required to attend meetings.
