Estates & Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Services department based in City Campuses are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join the Facilities & Support Services Team in the role of Coordinator.

You will deliver the service within the City Campuses and will manage the delivery of the operational services within cleaning, caretaking and postal courier functions whilst working closely with the other teams within Facilities to ensure seamless delivery across the services maintaining SLAs and KPIs reporting to City Campuses Key Accounts Buildings Manager directly.

You will fulfil the responsibilities of this role in consideration to combination of operational planning, effective execution, and a well-judged collaborative approach with all stakeholders, you will be involved in open days, graduation, exams and accommodation intake.

You will be managing large teams and will be the primary contact with HR undertaking absence management and supporting staff with complex needs.

You will be expected to act as a change champion within their area actively supporting the transformation of the service delivery provision, fostering innovation and creativity and supporting cultural change, promoting and developing an efficient and friendly approach to delivering department’s services in support of students’ positive experiences enhancements.
