Passionate about EFM and people, you will have a professional qualification and specific operational experience in a number of areas; electrical engineering, building services engineering and compliance. You will have hands on experience of delivery as well as more strategic experience of developing and managing an estates and maintenance team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Operational Estates Manager. This is a key post, acting as lead Electrical Authorised Person, providing specialist advice and duties as defined by HTM 06 and managing the day to day operations of a busy estates function within Newham University Hospital. You will have specific responsibility for ensuring that the building fabric, mechanical and electrical infrastructure is appropriately maintained and that a high level of service is provided by the in-house maintenance team.
