AGH Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and provides Estates, Facilities, and Procurement services for the Trust.
We are looking for an Estates PPM Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual capable of working well within our current Estates team who can liaise with the client to coordinate planned and reactive tasks using internal and external resources. The role will also incorporate general office duties as required.
We are seeking an individual with the experience and qualifications stated in the criteria within the attached person specification.
Role
The purpose of the PPM Coordinator role is to upkeep, track and monitor the consistency of AGH Solutions PPM Plan and PPM database. The role is accountable for the following:
- Responsible for the co-ordination of all planned services for all the zones and departments predominantly focussing on AGH Solutions internal PPM delivery.
- Responsible for PPM task reallocation for all AGH Solutions Estates internal resource and suppliers for all zones and departments.
- To accurately record and maintain all information necessary to give accurate planning schedules reflecting operational queries relating to planned maintenance.
- To liaise with the zones and departments and perform mid-month checks on the assigned PPM schedules and escalate any risks associated with PPM completion rate for all zones and departments appropriately to the Estates Maintenance & Mobility Engineering Manager.
- To maintain a good understanding of the CAFM application and all relevant process and procedures.
- To take action to keep up to date with changes associated with resource, property, and supplier under the governance of Data Planning Managers.
- To support the Infrastructure Asset Management team to ensure that the planned maintenance strategy, policy, and guidance is aligned with appropriate legislation and standards.
- Ensuring that the national planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme is always accurate.
