Role Overview
To responsible for the management and co-ordination of the Trust’s painting and decorating service, in order to respond to all planned and reactive decorating jobs across all Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust premises. This will be a working team leader role, whilst providing supervision and technical expertise to relevant stakeholders including estates colleagues and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling the team’s work plans to deliver the Trust’s decorating programme.
- Responding to reactive jobs prioritised through the estates helpdesk.
- Line management of the painting and decorating team.
- Ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard within healthcare environments.
- Combining hands-on painting and decorating alongside the team with staff supervision, work planning, and quality assurance.
