About The Role
Reliable, practical and visible, our Estates Site Officers are the backbone of daily campus operations making sure every building is open, safe, welcoming and ready for staff, students and visitors.
If you’re hands-on, organised and calm under pressure, this role puts you right at the heart of Estates & Facilities. You’ll carry out essential daily checks, minor repairs, porterage, waste management, security support and multi-site duties that keep Salford City Colleges functioning at their best.
You’ll be trusted to spot issues early, respond quickly and help maintain safe, compliant and professional environments across all sites. You will also work flexibly, support colleagues, liaise with contractors, assist with audits and contribute to continuous improvement.
