Fragrance Advisor – Estée Lauder Companies
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge of fragrances
- Personalised service
- A passion for fragrance
You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
About the Role
As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will:
- Combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide:
- A welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience
- Education and delightful customer interactions
- Work as part of a high-performing team to:
- Create impact through in-store events
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to stand out against competitors
- Maintain high brand standards and achieve store-related goals

Qualifications & Requirements
We prefer candidates with:
- Qualifications or experience in retail sales (though this is not strictly mandatory)
All applicants must:
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer experiences
- Be prepared to work retail hours, including:
- Days
- Nights
- Weekends
- Special events
- Have experience with retail POS systems
- Prove their right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview
Note: Amateur-level experience is welcomed if coupled with strong creative and technical expertise.
