Fragrance Advisor
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge
- Personalised service
- A passion for fragrance
You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
About the Role
As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will:
- Combine your creative and technical expertise with a passion for helping people
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events
- Ensure the store achieves the brand’s high standards of visual merchandising, standing out against competitors

Requirements
While certification in retail sales experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate the following:

Must also:
- Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Handle fast-paced work environments

- Provide proof of right to live and work in the country upon interview invitation
