Fragrance Advisor – Premium Beauty Stylist

Estée Lauder is seeking passionate and skilled Fragrance Advisors to join our luxury fragrance team. In this exciting role, you will act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers on their scent journeys and embracing the art of personalised fragrance discovery.

About the Role

As a key member of our retail team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Represent Estée Lauder Companies’ luxury fragrance brands with enthusiasm, delivering world-class customer service.
  • Personalised Consultation: Use your expert product knowledge to help customers connect with scents that suit their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
  • Inspirational Programming: Develop and contribute to in-store events that build brand engagement and sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain consistent styling and presentation standards to create an aspirational environment.

We’re looking for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, building long-lasting client relationships while driving retail excellence.

  • Provide personalised fragrance consultations tailored to individual needs
  • Demonstrate product expertise with confidence and creativity

  • Uphold high standards of visual merchandising to elevate the shopping experience
  • Collaborate in a team culture, adapting seamlessly to diverse customer demands and wholesale events

Requirements

Essential Traits

  • Ability to build inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer relationships
  • Excitement about joining a leader in prestige beauty and growing with the brand

Practical Skills

  • Retail work adaptability – including early starts, shift work (days, evenings, weekends) and special events
  • Comfort using retail POS systems and digital inventory tools
  • Basic business foundations (though prior retail/fragrance experience is not strictly required)
