Fragrance Advisor – Luxury Fragrance Consultant
About the Role
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent the Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Estée Lauder’s luxury fragrance brands authentically
- Create a personalised shopping experience tailored to each customer
- Enhance in-store presentation, contributing to high visual merchandising standards
- Engage in team-driven events to drive excitement and impact
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment, including varied hours (days, nights, weekends, and special occasions)
- Utilise retail point-of-sale software effectively
Requirements & Qualifications
Desirable:
- Retail sales experience certification (a plus)
Required:
- While we prefer applicants with professional experience, we welcome those with amateur-level experience who can:
- Demonstrate high levels of creative and technical expertise
- Proven ability to deliver an inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer experience
- Flexibility to work retail hours (days, nights, weekends, special events)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software (essential)
- Proof of right to live and work in the country (if invited for an interview)
- Degrees of enthusiasm, creativity, and self-motivation to drive a career with a leader in luxury beauty
