Fragrance Advisor – Luxury Beauty Brand Ambassador
About the Role
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge
- Personalised customer service
- A passion for fragrance and beauty
You will act as brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our highly skilled sales team, you will:
- Deliver an inspirational, welcoming, and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Combine creative, technical, and interpersonal expertise to engage with shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards that set us apart from competitors.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty and repeat visitation.

While retail sales experience is desirable, we welcome applicants with amateur-level experience who:

- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
