Fragrance Advisor – Estée Lauder Companies
About the Role
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge
- Personalised service
- A passion for fragrance
You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will:
- Combine creative and technical expertise with passion for people
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience
- Educate and delight customers with an unparalleled fragrance journey

Experience & Requirements
- While retail sales experience is desirable, we welcome applicants with amateur level retail experience who can demonstrate deep creative and technical expertise
- Must be able to deliver an inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer experience
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to demanding schedules
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview
