Fragrance Advisor – Retail Sales Associate with Estée Lauder Companies
About the Role
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge
- Personalised service

You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers to discover scents that reflect their:
- Personality
- Lifestyle
- Preferences
As part of our highly skilled team of sales associates, you will blend creative and technical expertise with people skills to craft a:
- Welcoming
- Inspirational
- Personalised in-store experience, including:
- Educating customers
- Delighting customers
You will also collaborate in high-performing teams to:
- Drive impact through in-store events
- Maintain visually compelling merchandising that sets us apart from competitors

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in an inspiring and memorable fragrance discovery journey
- Provide personalised recommendations based on individual preferences
- Uphold the company’s high merchandising standards and visual appeal
- Participate in in-store promotional activities to boost customer engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a premium retail experience
- Maintain expertise in product knowledge of luxury fragrances
Requirements
Essential:
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer experiences
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Availability to relocate/move if required for assigned locations
- If shortlisted, must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in your country
