Fragrance Advisor at Estée Lauder Companies
About the Role
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge
- Personalised service
- A passion for fragrance
Act as a brand ambassador and help customers discover scents reflecting their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
As a highly skilled sales associate, your responsibilities include:
- Combining creative and technical expertise to provide:
- A welcoming in-store experience
- Inspirational, personalised service
- Educating and delighting customers with product knowledge
- Supporting in-store events to enhance customer engagement
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising to compete with industry leaders

Experience & Qualification Requirements
While retail sales qualifications/rent are desirable, strong candidates include those with:
- Amateur retail experience demonstrating:
- Creative problem-solving
- Technical fluency in product/service delivery
