Fragrance Advisor
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge
- Personalised service
- A passion for fragrance
You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
Role Responsibilities
As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will:
- Combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience
- Educate and delight customers with product knowledge
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to:
- Create impact through in-store events
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to stand out from competitors

Qualifications & Requirements
Eligibility & Experience
- While certification in retail sales is desirable, applicats with amateur experience are welcome if they demonstrate:
- Creative and technical expertise
- Passion for fragrance and customer experiences
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country

Customer Service Skills
- Ability to deliver an inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer experience
Work Flexibility
- Must be available to work retail hours (including days, nights, weekends, and special events) in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
